Confession — I love history. I love reading about it, I love discovering things I never knew, and I love bringing it to life through the eyes of fictional characters. Whether I’m writing about America in its founding days or about long-past biblical times, my goal is always, always, always to transport my reader to a world apart from their own, but where hearts are unchanged and hope in the Lord is always the beacon leading us through the dark times.

Right now I’m still enjoying the release of Love Finds You in Annapolis, Maryland, a historical romance set in Annapolis of 1783-84, when peace with England was tenuous and the fledgling nation’s capital was locked in the worst winter in history.
